Modification of the Crude Heater convection section to upgrade the upper intermediate tubesheet and supports to 304 SS, replace (24) finned 9-Cr tubes, and add (2) new rows of 9-Cr convection tubes. During the Turnaround, smart pig data revealed some radiant section tube replacements were required. RECON completed radiant section tube replacements, thermocouple installations and refractory repairs within the turnaround schedule.
