My passion throughout my career has been analyzing problems and coming up with the best solutions. My formative years of work experience included time on field survey crews, hod tending, doing structural steel detailing, architectural drafting and civil engineering design, including five years of work experience in civil consulting engineering in the Southwest. In my recent career, I’ve been fortunate to gain exposure to the heavy industrial/non-ferrous mining & processing industry serving as a project manager/engineer for about two dozen industrial turn-around construction projects ranging from $100k to >$50M as well as serving as a pyrometallurgical process engineering lead. These experiences gave me excellent exposure to designing, planning and safely executing complex projects in one of the most challenging plant environments in North America. I also had extended opportunity to navigate the challenges faced by Owners’ Operations, Maintenance and Procurement teams.
Since coming to RECON in January of 2018, I have had continued opportunity to analyze new process and project problems with the objective of finding the best possible solutions for our clients. I take an active hand in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, analyzing project scopes, and steering project proposals and execution plans. I am a firm believer in taking a “win-win” approach to client relations and project outcomes and am excited to support RECON’s continued objective to be the industry class leader in safety, quality and performance.
