I graduated from UCLA with my Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined RECON in November 2009 as a Project Manager. From 2009 to 2017, I managed hundreds of projects in a wide variety of industries including petrochemical, mining, power, steel and cement that ranged in size from small single day projects to multi-million dollar jobs. As a Project Manager, I was involved in all aspects of the projects, from the initiation stages through close out. During this period, my time was spent primarily in the field, and this experience gave me the tools required to accurately estimate the cost and duration of projects. In 2017, I transitioned to a managerial position where I now oversee the completion of all proposals. I received my Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate in July of 2018 and I joined the executive board of RECON as Vice President in 2019.
